Guests will enjoy beautifully crafted dinner from A Mano Eatery, thoughtfully paired with a selection of Iron City Distilling whiskeys. This unique experience is the perfect way to explore how bold, savory flavors complement the rich character of fine whiskey!

The Dinner Menu:

Upon arrival: You will receive a welcome cocktail and enjoy Antipasto and Mixed Bruschetta

Course 1: Shrimp and cannellini bean citrus salad which will be paired with our Bessemer Gin

Course 2: House made 4 cheese tortellini in a parmesan cream sauce which will be paired with our Iron City Distiller’s Reserve Straight Wheat Whiskey

Course 3: Braised organic chicken with roasted red pepper’s, cherry tomatoes, and rosemary which will be paired with our Iron City Distiller’s Reserve Maryland Style Rye Finished in a White Port Cask

Dessert: Whiskey Chocolate Turtles from Valos Chocolates that will be paired with Bessemer Rye
