SINGLE BARREL ORDER FORM

Depending on bottle strength, yield can fluctuate. These barrels, at cask
strength, will likely yield 180-200 750ml bottles at the 4-5 year mark. Longer aging will reduce bottle yield over time.

*Custom options would allow you to choose mash bill, barrel char, and whiskey type. (costs would vary for this option)

Further aging/finishing options in a variety of world casks are available.
Every year on the barrel’s birthday, you can come to the distillery for samples and to check its progress. Annual samples will be catalogued in our library so you can compare its progress and watch your personal barrel develop and grow.

A bottling celebration party will be hosted at the distillery.

Initial costs at barrel selection:
0.5-1 Year: $4500 // 1-2 Year: $6500 // 2-3 Year: $8750
Annual Cost of Storage and Aging: $1500
Bottling and Handling Fee at maturity: $15/bottle
